Our team of experts, as well as dealing with general crime, have experience in dealing with a broad spectrum of criminal offences which include prosecutions by the Serious Fraud Office (SFO), fraud and financial crime, Proceed of Crimes Act (POCA), Trading Standards, Health and Safety Offences, and Motoring Offences. 

At present we do not have a Legal Aid contract with the Legal Aid Agency so we cannot offer this type of funding. However, we offer competitive private rates; and where possible we will try to agree a fixed fee for all the work we do.
